SQLEXEC\SERVICES pegging CPU at 100%

Has anyone seen an NT 4.0/SP3, SQL 6.5 SP1 (i think) end up with
SQLEXEC taking about 33% and SERVICES the remainder of the CPU time,
pegging the CPU at 100%? We've had this happen twice so far and are
wondering if anyone had any similar experiences\solutions to share?
