I wrote software.com to confirm, but 4.9.5 is the version of BIND from the
Internet Software Consortium (www.isc.org) that software.com ported. It
wasn't just software.com's release number. Then ISC jumped everything to
v.8, supposedly to come in line with sendmail's version...

I did find that http://www.qtek.com has a NT DNS server for sale, though..
