Help to move Emerald database

OK we installed Emerald as a test and the accounting department liked it so much they put 500 users into it before I found out.
The problem is I put Emerald and SQL on a test machine with only 600mb of disk space and were out of space but I have a few 3Gb drives laying around.
The question is how do I get the database moved. I know next to nothing about SQL so if you can help make step by step so my 6 year old can understand then I wont have any problem.
