RADIUS doesn't have a provision for this. Some people are talking
about it, though. You would need an external solution, like a CISCO
router with accounting enabled, in order to accomplish this.

Otherwise, you could drop the lines before you bill (hopefully they
auto re-dial) to have RADIUS do this.
