Enabling multiple sessions per username

How do I enable the ability for 2 sessions to be logged on at the same time
with the same username/password? Right now, by default, only one session
can be on at any given time, whether the user is authenticated directly in
our Max 4004 (only about 4 people) or if they are authenticated through the
Emerald db.

Earlier today, I was experimenting with the RadiusNT .60 Administrator and
decided to check "concurrency control" and "variable limits" (I think they
were the names--I'm at home right now and can't tell). After stopping and
restarting the RadiusNT service, no one was able to log in except for one
'test' account that I had created a while back. All other users were
getting "LAN security error" as if they were typing in the wrong password
(displayed on the Max console). The one account that WAS able to log in,
had a "Login Limit" = 2. All other accounts have the field left blank (in
Emerald).
Also, the 'test' account has its "PPP" attributes overriden by the
following Radius values, set in the Service area of Emerald (once again,
just experimenting):
User-Service "Framed-User"
Framed Protocol "MPP"
Ascend-Maximum-Channels 2
Ascend-Idle-Limit 1200

What am I missing or doing wrong?

If management wants this as an added feature and if people are willing to
pay some extra price for the ability to log in multiple times, what's your
suggestion on how to bill for that extra amount? Should a PPP account like
this be grouped as a different type of account that costs a little more, or
is there some way of billing under the current "PPP" account type for each
payperiod?

Emerald .75 or .90 (on separate machines)
RadiusNT .60 service
SQL 6.5
Ascend Max 4004 5.0A

Thanks for any help and advice,
