c:\radius\clients is a FILE. That config wants the RADIUS
DIRECTORY. Change it to c:\radius. You should have a file
called clients in c:\radius, as you stated above.

No you don't, as I stated in my last message. DataDirectory
is a "directory". ANY NAS needs the dictionary. RadiusNT
uses the Dictionary to translate numbers to words. Without
it, RadiusNT will NOT work.
