If u r running NT 4.0 already, might as well stick with IIS 2.0 (3.0 is
a free upload of component parts, not all of which you need... ASP is
the biggest add-on IMO). IIS will do multiple domains.

As far as performance, we've not had too much of a problem with it,
just keep in mind that RAM is always more of an important factor than
processor speed (unless u plan on having a lot of server side
scripting...)
