If someone is hitting all of the IP addresses on a network with this =
type of attack, will it affect the customer at the end of a PPP session?

Yes -- you got hit with the latest MS bug, the out of band bug. A =
hotfix
is available for the NT machines, and should be available shortly for =
the
95 machines.
