Did the trick... after deleting the file, the database creation went on
successfully. There was however another error afterward. After
creating the database and setting some options for database and Radius
configs, I attempted to open the Emerald client. I now have the error
"Cannot load (or register) CRYSTL32.OCX". I assume this has something
to do with the reports features of Emerald. How can this error be
corrected? Before database creation I was able to open the client (even
if I couldn't do anything without a database)
