Do you have Crystal Reports installed on the machine? Make sure your
crystl32.ocx and crpe32.dll files are the ones from the Emerald archive.
You can use Expand to re-create the files from the archive:

expand crystl32.oc_ c:\winnt\system32
expand crpe32.dl_ c:\winnt\system32
