Before attempting to recreate the Emerald db, go into the \MSSQL\Data
directory and physically delete the Emerald.dat file (and anything else
that may have "emerald" in it). THEN go and recreate the db. For some
reason, SQL doesn't actually delete the database file when the database has
been removed.
