I am using radiusnt .52 and Emerald 2.1.8. I can not get the reports to =
work. I get an error saying Unable to connect. Incorrect logon =
parameters. Is something wrong with my database?

Also I recently purchased the Emerald product. What are my options for =
support? I do not have a password for the support option on the web =
page.
