Dale, I know you posted that. It's just that nowhere in the CompuTone docs
is there a place to tell it where to get the time from, and nowhere in its
config is there such a place either. I did what the user recommended, and
even used the time sync software he recommended, and it didn't do any good.
While I'm sure your intentions are in the right place, and while I know
supporting the NAS isn't at all your responsibility, the answer was akin to
telling someone in cardiac arrest that the solution is simple -- to just
run a triple bypass on yourself, starting at the left ventricle, and then
inserting the flubber into the aphromorphism next to the glibnick on the
far side of the tubular spullmite. Just read the manual, it's all there.

So, yes, you did post a reply, but it didn't really help. I see that a
lot in posts here -- replies that assume previous knowledge when none
exists. i.e. your "check the trigger" answer in that same post. I don't
really even know what a trigger *is* much less how to compare it to
something else or what I'm supposed to be comparing it to.
