In Emerald 4.0, the temp extend is on the MBR (and gets cleared on
payment). The perm extend is on the service. You can run a query to
reset all of them.

Temp Extends on the MBR:

Update MasterAccounts set OverDue = 0

Perm Extends on the Service:

Update SubAccounts Set Extension = x
