Emerald 2.5 provided two fields under the billing tab, Temporary Extend
and Permanent Extend. We have our Permanent Extend set to 10, and use
the Temporary Extend when someone is late with a payment. When the
payment was posted, the Temporary Extend was automatically zeroed by
Emerald.
Emerald 4.0 I see only a Temporary Extend and it is populated with the
10 days that we had in the Permanent Extend. Is there a field to
temporarily extend and account that will be zeroed automatically when a
payment is applied, or how to you temporarily extend an MBR?
