Thanks for the info.
I ran the redusers and it doesn't Dr. Watson but now I get this error for
every account:
Couldn't match account type PPP
I got this for every entry.
I'm assuming it has something to do with my billing groups?
I don't know where to look.
Could you point me in the right direction?

Try the RadUsers from our ftp site:
ftp://ftp.iea-software.com/Emerald/Updates/radusers.exe

Define a trusted connection for the user/service running the
program and use "" for the username and password.
