[Emerald] Radusers

I'm trying to set a backup Radius server that will use a text file.
When I run the following command:

radusers emerald emerald user password

This displays on the command line:
Loading RadConfigs Users ... Writing ... 6
Loading Accounting Types ... 6
Loading RadATConfigs Users ... Writing ...

Then I get the dreaded Dr. Watson error

radusers.exe
Exception access violation (0xc00000005), Address 0x7800fd73

I look in the log and this is the entry:
Event ID: 17058
Source: MSSQL Server
Catagory: ODS
Error: 17824, Severity 10, state 0
Unable to write to ListenOn connection "\\.\pipe\sql\query'.login 'user',
hostname 'server'
OS Error: 109 The pipe has been ended

(I changed user and server name)

I'm using RadiusNT 2.5 with Emerald 2.5 and SQL 6.5

Also, the command line requires me to put in a username and password as
plain text. If I run this command in a batch file to spool to the text file
that information will be easily read. I'm not crazy about that.

How would I use radusers without supplying a password?

If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.
