Dale,

Pardon these last questions but if you wouldn't mind clearing just a few
more things:

Where do I enter the server type of '5' for the Ascend Max 40xx

What about the Adding ASID to SNMPUser, how is that done?

What is snmpwalk and where/how do I get it?

If I get the query wrong for some reason will it prevent users from logging
in?

Thanks again.

The correcy query should be:

UPDATE ServerPorts
        SET SNMPUser = '.1.3.6.1.4.1.529.12.3.1.4.'

I always use snmpwalk to double check it, though. :)

It should already be in your DB.

If you recreated your ports, then it would have cleared the users.
If you just update the SNMPUser entry, it shouldn't have changed
anything. You should see the on-line rebuild itself, anyways.
