You need to ensure the cache is refreshed - it's strange but RadiusNT won't
expire accounts that should (like below) unless you force a reload of the
database.
 
Maybe this should be bug-reported ?

I am using MS SQL Server 7.0 and RadiusNT 3.0. Users successfully
authenticate after the saExpiredate expired in subaccounts table. Can any
one face the same problem. ?.
