Proxy is based on domain after username. Server proxy is checked, because
when it's not, requstes are not proxied.

Is the proxy based on a domain before/after the username or default?
Do you have server based proxy enabled (you shouldn't)?

Proxy is based on domain after username.  Server =proxy is checked, because when it's not, requstes are not =proxied.
