I think they believe we have a different "live" and "Test" server (you can
specify two different servers on the application form).
At this time that's my best guess, and I dont think there's a problem with
the RadiusNT software, I think they're attempting to send the requests to a
different server (which we did list on the app. form, but then informed them
was not to be used).
We're only seeing the heartbeat requests, which are intended to be always
Communication difficulties abound :)
