[Emerald] Auto Pay fails after trimming

Hi,

Problem:

System goes down (power grid is deplorable here).
USR TCH gets rebooted.
I begin getting duplicate entry errors on STOP records.(This of course
makes RADIUS believe the user has not logged off, so they cannot log
back on due to Port Limit)
I Must trim all previous records to alleviate this symptom
Then everything goes back to "normal"
However, after trimming the records, any customers that had previously
prepaid suddenly begin getting invoices again as autopay cannot "see"
the records any longer even though the invoices show up in the history.
(hate mail begins coming in at this point)
I then need to delete and recreate the customers, to correct this
autopay problem.

It would be nice if I could set the RADIUS acct. packets to something
associated with date and time, but they appear to be associated with the
port and increment from one or zero. I have tried everything to avoid
trimming the records, yet nothing else works. Power has been so bad
lately, this is occurring once or twice a month.

Any thoughts/help would be appreciated.
