Dale,
My SNMP community is configured on my PM3's like so:
set snmp readcommunity string
set snmp write community string
add snmphost read xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the address of
my RadiusNT server)
add snmphost write xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

I added the "string" into the community box of Emerald
Admin/Radiusnt/Server. Is there anything else I need to do? Do I need
something like a SNMP server?

Yeah, that looks right.

Make sure your SNMP community is set correctly for the server.
