However, the PMVision app can do this for multiple PM3/4 chassis and I think
that it works on PM2's as well. It would mean another app running. If
someone were inclined to write an app, you could look at the online table
and grab a list of ports and then display the list and allow someone to kick
the user.

Emerald doesn't have an SNMP client, though (RadiusNT does).
So to answer your question: Could it? Not anytime soon, and
not planned.
