Yes, from -x15:

I have Emerald and MSSQL 7. The manual, (RadiusNT v3, ppg 22 and again on
ppg. 34), states you do not have to have this set on an active database
setup such as Emerald/SQL. But I need to have this set for Concurrency
Control to work no matter what Database?

Super! That's just what I want. Now just to get it another couple of
questions:

1. We run with metered service and do not allow overage access. Is there a
way to send a message (attribute or whatever) to the user telling them the
reason they can't connect is because they have used all their time?

2. How can users view how much time they have used up? Is there and ASP page
or something similar to allow users to view their on-line time?
