[RadiusNT] admin user?

I have a portmaster 3 and was told by a Lucent tech to connect to my PM3 as
a different user, I need to set it up in Radius "with either
Service-Type=Administrative-User or Service-Type=NAS-Prompt-User".
How would I do this in RadiusNT? I see in the calls table the entry for the
admin user when I connect to the PM3 as !root but no admin user in the
subaccounts table.
