where exactly did you get those VSA's from as there is discrepencies in them with USR Hiper-Arc documentaion.

Actually there are discrepencies between USR Radius Server dictionary... USR Radius Server Documentation, USR Hiper Arc documentation and the actual atributes sent by USR Hiper Arcs.
