You can enable server port access, but its an all or nothing option.
IOW, if you enable it, you must explicitly define ALL allowed access.
Anything not defined is rejected.
However, with SQL/Sybase, RadiusNT calls RadCheckPort, which you can
modify to have different behavior. For example, you could put your
own tables/rules behind it, rather than the defualt ones that the
example DB structure uses.
