Dale,
this is what I entered in the RadAtConfigs-table. As you can see, the
data is in the correct column.
If you look at the raw-packet you can even see that is says it should be
12 long,
1a c 0 0 0 9
but the data isn't in it. If you want I can give you access to our
database, so you can check it yourself.

What does your RadConfigs/RadATConfigs table look like? Are you
using the data column, and not the value column? Attrib #26 is
a string, therefore, you should be using the data column. I'm
guessing that you put the info in the value column, and left
the data column empty (therefore its sending an empty string).
