[Emerald] Switching from Renewal to Anniversary

We want to switch from Renewal to Anniversary. I have seen the stories go
across my screen and was wondering if anyone has a way of doing this? Or if
someone has learned from doing it what they shoudl have done to keep from
causing a disaster? I know that it involves manually changing dates in
peoples billing records. Is there anything else we need to concern
ourselves with?
