there is a section in mailsite that enables you to check in the domains for
which it will automatically create the mailboxes........if somehow, some of
those got unchecked......it wouldn't create them...........other than that,
if it has already been looked into.........I'd attribute it to a bug in the
software, seeing as we have had the same problem a few different
times.....and worst cased scenario.....we just create them manually.....

(Pssst!.....this *is* Rockliffe's Mailsite we are referring to, right?)

Josh/Dale/Anyone,

HELP ASAP!!!!

New twist....I don't know where this is related, it may not be, but we use
mailsite with Emerald and it automatically creates mailboxes when new users
are entered into our system.

Sometime yesterday, Emerald/mailsite stopped automatically creating
mailboxes for new users. My hands are tied as to why this may be happening.
