Do you external software to handle your credit card transactions? If so,
when you pull the transactions back into Emerald, there's a checkbox to
email receipts (needs to be checked before hitting "batch in"). This will
email the info to the customers. It uses CCEmail.rpt and CCReject.rpt. The
email address(es) they're sent to is determined by the email address
associated with the MBR services with "send bill" checked.
