[Emerald] Recurring time limits not working

Dale,

Yes, I have verified that the Allow Overtime Check Box for the rate was NOT
checked and again that none of the TimeLeft fields are null. Absolutly all
the criteria on the limited hours reset have been met. The SQL Agent is
running and ran the script. Time banking is enable. None of the TimeLeft
fields are NULL. The Allow Overtime Check Box is NOT Checked. I even set up
unlimited time to not be set as 0 but at 745 Hours just to make sure. Still
the scipt will not reset the TimeLeft to the Rates (StandardHours *
StandardInterval) /60. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
