We did the quick start and they set up most of it for us and it apperas to
be doing most everything else correctly.
Yes we used a custom program that we just finally outgrew. It had several
features that Emerald is missing on the front end and Radius worked about
the same.
It appears to me that after radius send the start record to the db it just
stays there and doesn't realize when a disconnect is made.
