I seem to have a problem with CallerID.. Some numbers show up for certain
users but they are not the number in which the user is calling from. I have
run the update sql scripts in the update directory at iea software and they
still dont work correct.
Can anyone assist please because we have users saying they did not use their
hours etc and I wanted to prove to them that it was them using the hours and
the only way I can is by showing them log's with their phone numbers.
