This is from the Emerald 4 Admin guide:

The password configured for the Web Configuration Server is shared among all the Emerald Management Suite Configuration Server Administrators (Emerald Web Configuration Server, RadiusNT Administrator, EmerAuth Administrator, etc.), meaning that all Administrators running on the same machine will use the same password once it has been established. Because it is locally configured, the password is machine-specific. If the password is forgotten, it can be located by following the instructions below. If the WCPassword entry is cleared as described below, you will be prompted to provide a new password upon the next Web Configuration Server start-up. On Windows machines: Use the Registry Editor to look up the value under the Registry value for WCPassword under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\IEA\Common. You can clear the value within the Registry Editor, but the web server must be stopped and restarted in order for the changes to take affect. On non-windows platforms the value can be found within the
/usr/local/iea/common.ini file. The existing password is cleared by removing the "WCPassword = " line.
