Hi, I am on emerald 2.5 and have a problem.
Emerald and radius still let a caller get online even if the bill is past
due. I have it set to renewal for the PPP accounts instead of balance
forward and it will still let them connect. If I manually deactivate the
account it will not let them connect then. According to the eneraldadmin
documentation it should not let them connect once the bill is past due. Any
clues?
