[Emerald] Problem with statments being created in Emerald v4.5.6

I just upgraded from v4.5.4 to v4.5.6 and now I'm having problems with some MBR's not getting thier statements created... We're noticing this mostly on Credit Card Customers, The system will come up and say we have 17 credit card transactions, but when we run the statement report it'll only have 14, Missing 3 of those CC's... We tracked them down, only to find that they never had a statement created.. I changed the New option of allowing statements to be created within 15 days to 0, That got a few missing invoices, but didn't fix this problem. What's changed on the way the system figures out when to do a invoice... My accounting department is screaming mad at me.. I need to get this fixed..
