What we did is to implement a policy that whenever ANY changes occur on
an account, and incident gets logged. This will ensure that everyone
has an e-mail copy of the status of the changes.

Subject: [Emerald] Getting emailed when mbr/service gets cancelled.
Our accounting department wants to be notified via email when a
mbr/service gets cancelled. This can be when they cancel say, 7 days in
the future, they get notified that the person cancelled, and they get
notified in 7 days that the account was deactivated by Emerald.. Is this
possible?? If not, can you add it in?
Thanks, Billy
