Has anyone had experience with getting Netflow to work with Emerald 4.5?
I'm having problems with charging not going through for excess.
I've installed the Netflow collector for Emerald, configured it to access the
Emerald database, created Filter groups, enabled Netflow nightly processing in
the schedule ... no charges posted at the end of the month. The data is
definitely being inserted into the Flow table, from what I can see. It's also
correctly being assigned to the right AccountID in that table.
I'm running version 4.5.0.4 according to the emerweb.dll file.
Any ideas?
