Thanks!
Is there a simpler way in 4.5 that anyone knows of? I'm still trying
decide what route to take as far as upgrading.
Thanks,
Monica

Hey,
We're on 2.5 as well...
The way we handle that is we've created a "Cancellation" group.
Whenever a customer calls and says they are moving, etc., we place them
in that group and set the "Expire" to the day they are due to
cancel/move, etc.
I believe we also set the billing to "Other" and that stops the
invoices from being generated...
It works for us...

Hi,
I'm still on 2.5.3.2. In 4.5 is it easy enough to track customer
services that are quitting? IE, how do you set a customer to be inactive
on a certain date. Not expired, but inactive altogether because they
gave notice to quit effective 10/1 because they are moving or whatever.
We don't want to have them billed again on 9/1 for the 10/1-11/1 time
period so need it to be flagged that they are quitting.
Thanks,
Monica
