I'm still on 188.8.131.52. In 4.5 is it easy enough to track customer
services that are quitting? IE, how do you set a customer to be
inactive on a certain date. Not expired, but inactive altogether
because they gave notice to quit effective 10/1 because they are moving
or whatever. We don't want to have them billed again on 9/1 for the
10/1-11/1 time period so need it to be flagged that they are quitting.
