I would like a way of setting it up so that when a Incident Type OR Status
is changed it will email to the new person. (Conditional too.. Set it up so
that We have check boxes or something that we toggle for each Incident Type
and a check box for each status).. We're using the incident system for
verious things.. and when we "escilate" a ticket.. we want it to send that
escliated ticket to a specific email address.. Also.. It there a way to get
it to only display so many lines of the blasted incident?? Like maybe the
first line?
