It does it automatically, as long as time banking is enabled. If you put a session-timeout of say 5 hours in the service type or service RADIUS attributes, RadiusNT will automatically adjust it down if the time banking minutes is less that what the default it.

For example, if you session-timeout is 3600 in the service type defaults and the user only had 10 minutes left, the session-timeout will be set to 600.

You can use Radlogin to test the scenarios and see what attributes RadiusNT is sending back.
