Thanks for that info on BillDay. A big help. Now, does the BillDay also reflect when a invoice is automatically created? Does Emerald create and/or send a emailed bill some set number of days prior to actually crating an invoice?

BillDay should be the anniversary of the account. Its used when new services are added to align the new services to the same anniversary so they are all billed on the same cycles (ie, 8th-7th). The BillDay is typicalled Day(GetDate()), in TSQL terms. :)
