I'm not wrong. Command line utilities are NOT an API and most
can't even work over a network. We played around with that idea
and concept quite a while ago (actually, with Post.Office).

Take a look at the power and features in programs like NTMail,
Mailsite, and IMail. They have APIs (not just Command Line
