does anyone know where WinNT 4 stores the settings for the
"Regional settings" in the registry?
The settings of the current user are under
"\HKCU\Control Panel\International\...",
but I want to check a setting for another user. (Decimal-symbol)
(I'm logged on as an Administrator)
Does anyone the location of the User-Registry-Settings?
(there are only two keys under \HKEY_USERS\, but I have 20 users)
