Requirements:
1. Analog Dialup in the following areas:
Flint
Ypsilanti
Burton
Grand Rapids
East Lansing
2. Unlimited Monthly Access
3. 1-POP3/SMTP account per Dialup Account
4. Startup to be billed via PO to main office
5. Recurring Billing to be billed to Main Office, paid via check.
6. Minimum of 5 accounts; probably 9 accounts
7. Minimum of 6 month commitment.
