After so many hours (actually, days) of tinkering, I discovered that version
3.3 is the best there is.

Version 4.x is a complete rewrite by USR and it's got lots of bugs - believe
me. You can read it in their release notes.

Version 3.x was from Livingston and the command line interface commands are
easier to understand and is very stable.

Version 3.3 fixes some of the bugs of 3.1 and 3.2.5 (like Radius flooding)
and adds support for the SESSION-TIMEOUT and -TERMINATE-CAUSE Radius
attributes.
