I dunno, but I've found the only way to create a record for domain.toplevel
is to edit the DNS file with notepad and insert it.

Never had any luck with the DNSAdmin for inserting a second level domain.

Just delete the zone from the DNS manager and then open up the DNS file from
notepad. Usually located at c:\winnt\system32\dns

Insert the records you need, then start up the DNS manager and add the zone
with the DNS file name that you edited. It should show the records for
those domains you inserted.
